Show respect by bowing to your sensei and peers at every session and whenever you transition into the Dojo area.

Uphold the core tenets known as Dojo Kun

All practitioners should arrive in a tidy, official gi. Strictly no accessories or street clothes during the training session.

Maintain silence and order. Electronic devices are prohibited. Please uphold a focused environment for every martial artist.
